RESERVE EMPLOYMENT

The La Center Police Department accepts Lateral applications for Reserve Officers throughout the year. An application packet will be made available for pick up at the La Center Police Department, 105 West 5th St., or will be mailed to you, upon your request.
Applicants for the Reserve Program must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Washington driver's license. Criminal and/or moral offenses may disqualify an applicant from becoming a Reserve Officer.
The testing process includes:
- Physical fitness test (pass/fail)
- Writing skills test (pass/fail)
- Oral interview (scored)
